How it works
Activate the VoIP add-on
Go to Personal settings → Telephony and activate the VoIP add-on. A dedicated phone number is assigned to your account

Open a candidate or client profile and click the phone number to launch the call directly from the Cobalt interface. No application switching needed.
Receive inbound calls
Inbound calls to your dedicated number ring directly in Cobalt
[TO CONFIRM: also on mobile or via softphone]. If the number matches an existing profile, the card opens automatically.The call is recorded and transcribed automatically
At the end of each call, Cobalt records the conversation and generates an automatic transcription. The transcription is attached to the relevant candidate or client profile and visible to all team members with access to the record. Learn more: Meeting & call transcription.
