A Source for a profile project lets you source continuously for a profile type or sector, without being tied to a specific client need. Ideal for building a talent pool on the profiles you place regularly: when creating it, you describe the target profile (role, skills, seniority, location). Cobalt feeds the project with matching profiles via the People Search Engine. As with sourcing for a need, the Kanban view is the default.
