For a manager, Cobalt provides a steering view of commercial activity and the bench (intercontrat), based on the data already in the platform.

What you steer

  • Projects and pipelines — track the progress of each project (sourcing, prospecting, bench…) and how candidates move through each stage.
  • Bench (intercontrat) — see consultants who are between assignments and the repositioning actions in progress.
  • Sends and replies — measure each member’s outreach activity (emails, LinkedIn and WhatsApp messages) and the replies received.

Filter by member and by project type to review, in your weekly meeting, everyone’s business actions for the past week. See Projects for views, statuses, and filters.
