# Interaction templates

> Standardize AI-generated write-ups with interaction templates.

**Interaction templates** standardize the write-ups generated by the AI for different use cases. For example:

* a **summary** after a candidate or client meeting;
* a **pre-qualification** of a candidate over the phone;
* and many other cases depending on your needs.

Each template defines the expected structure of the write-up, for consistent output from one interaction to the next.

## At the end of a meeting

At the end of a meeting, an interaction template generates a **summary of the exchange** based on the **meeting type**: **candidate**, **client**, **qualification**, or **internal**. A new interaction is then **created automatically** in the candidate's or client's record.
