# Steering commercial activity and the bench

> A managerial use case: steer commercial activity and bench (intercontrat) via projects, pipelines, and sends/replies.

For a manager, Cobalt provides a steering view of **commercial activity** and the **bench (intercontrat)**, based on the data already in the platform.

## What you steer

* **Projects and pipelines** — track the progress of each project (sourcing, prospecting, bench…) and how candidates move through each stage.
* **Bench (intercontrat)** — see consultants who are between assignments and the repositioning actions in progress.
* **Sends and replies** — measure each member's outreach activity (emails, LinkedIn and WhatsApp messages) and the replies received.

## In team meetings

Filter by **member** and by **project type** to review, in your weekly meeting, everyone's business actions for the past week.
