For **executives and managers**, Cobalt provides a steering view of activity — know what's happening without having to ask.

* **Reporting and visibility** — track commercial and recruitment activity across projects, pipelines, and each member's sends/replies.
* **Bench monitoring** — check that actions are actually being taken on consultants who are between assignments.
* **Execution quality** — make sure actions are **prioritized** and **done correctly**, not just "done".
